Senior Investment Casting Process Specialist
">CPP-Euclid is a leading investment casting foundry specializing in complex aerospace & gas turbine components. We are seeking a Senior Investment Casting Process Specialist to join our team and contribute to our growth in the aerospace and industrial investment casting markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret customer specifications relative to establishing internal written NDT specifications.
- Develop the overall metallurgical casting process from gate design to establishing casting parameters.
- Routinely audit production lots for adherence to established techniques and to ensure the repeatability of the results.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement new process technologies that will extend manufacturing and product capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years applicable experience: Metallurgist or Process Engineer in the DS/SX/EQ investment casting industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
The estimated salary for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
