Key Responsibilities:
- Develop 'best practice' investment casting procedures and practices to ensure CPP business objectives are satisfied.
- Identify problems, generate alternatives, and implement solutions to problems that affect yield, rework, and overall quality of the product.
- Take a leadership role occasionally in resolving cross-functional problems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years applicable experience: Metallurgist or Process Engineer in the DS/SX/EQ investment casting industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
The estimated salary for this position is $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
