At CPP, we are seeking a skilled Product Engineering Operations Specialist to join our team in Minneapolis. This is a full-time position that requires the ability to drive new product introduction processes, continuous improvement, and technical support throughout the manufacturing process.

About the Role
This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a key role in our engineering team. As a Product Engineering Operations Specialist, you will work closely with Sales/Customer Service & Quality team members to assist with customer questions regarding technical specifications of our products. You will also provide technical support to the Operations team throughout the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the New Product Introduction process, ensuring timely and efficient development of new products.
- Provide technical support to the Operations team, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Work closely with Sales/Customer Service & Quality team members to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
- Manage and coordinate technical input from the foundry, tool shop, and machining department into new product developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering required, Material Science or related field preferred.
- ~4 years previous experience in a Product Engineering or Engineering Intern role.
- ~CAD experience.
- ~SolidWorks preferred.
