Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) is currently looking for an Penetrant Part Washer on 1st Shift to join our Rancho Cucamonga team! They will be reporting to our NDT Supervisor at our aerospace foundry in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
Run castings through penetrant line process.
Penetrant processes castings through fluorescent die for inspection of external defects.
Wet up and calibrate equipment such as FPI processing line, PSM-5 panels and black lights
Keep Penetrant Department clean and orderly.
Work in darkroom using ultra-violet light and mark castings for weld repair.
May be required to operate hand grinder to remove minor defects.
Inspect castings for non-conformance.
Follow written process procedures under the direction and guidance of the Level II or Level III technician.
QUALIFICATIONS
Prior industry experience preferred.
Able to understand, comprehend, and follow all verbal and written instructions.
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations.
HS diploma or equivalent GED preferred but not required; relevant experience will be considered.
Hourly Rate: $17 - $19
