About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Coordinator to join our team in Syracuse. As a key member of our quality department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with customer quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and direction to meet customer quality expectations.
- Build trust and competence with customers through Supplier Product, Systems, and Qualification Surveys.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts and promote quality excellence.
- Support the shop floor Theory of Constraints (TOC) strategy.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A comprehensive knowledge of quality systems, including AS9100, NADCAP, ISO17025, and A2LA.
- Three to five years of work experience in an Aerospace environment, foundry, or related field.
- A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Engineering or a related field.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a range of benefits, including paid holidays and vacation time, tuition reimbursement, and more.
