A great opportunity is available for an Medical Assistant who is outgoing, patient-centered, self-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Provide care according to physician's instruction and in accordance with recognized techniques and procedures and established standards and policies to maintain the health and general well-being of the patient
- Provide preoperative and postoperative teaching for patients
- Provide assistance during Aesthetic Service Treatments
- Taking before & after photos of patients
- Room turnover
- Stocking Provider rooms / keeping track of consumable inventory
- Administer topical numbing cream as directed by the physician
- Prepare equipment and paperwork for treatment
- Maintain appropriate records and documentation
- Scribing while assisting with exams; attention to detail is key
- Assisting Front Desk with booking / communicating with patients via CRM
