Bucky Plastic Surgery, a valued partner of CPP, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Wellness Nurse Practitioner to join our state-of-the-art clinic located in PA. The position will float between their Main Line - Ardmore and Bucky Body Center locations (ZIP codes 19003 & 19103, respectively).
This role focuses exclusively on women's health, providing expert care in hormone replacement therapy (HRT), medical weight loss, and aesthetic and wellness treatments designed to support women's overall well-being.

Position Overview :
As a Wellness Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in empowering women to feel their best at every stage of life. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide cutting-edge therapies to address hormonal imbalances, weight management, and aesthetic concerns. Working alongside a dedicated team, you will ensure exceptional patient care in a supportive and patient-focused environment.
Work Schedule :
This is a full-time onsite position (40 hours / week) with standard hours : 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM at Ardmore and 9 : 30 AM - 6 : 00 PM at the Body Center. Occasional weekends (1-2x / year) may be required for events or busy periods.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct in-depth consultations, evaluating patient history, symptoms, and lab results to develop personalized wellness plans.
- Prescribe and manage hormone replacement therapy (HRT) to optimize patient health and well-being.
- Oversee and support medically supervised weight loss programs, including lifestyle guidance and prescription therapies.
- Administer and oversee aesthetic and wellness treatments tailored to women's health, such as peptide therapy, IV hydration, and regenerative medicine (if applicable).
- Provide ongoing patient education, ensuring women understand their treatment options and feel empowered in their healthcare journey.
- Maintain meticulous and up-to-date patient records in the electronic medical system.
- Stay at the forefront of women's health and anti-aging medicine, continuously updating protocols and offering innovative treatment options.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to enhance service offerings and refine treatment protocols.
- Foster strong patient relationships, ensuring a high-touch, concierge-level care experience.
