Overview
We are seeking individuals who are currently Certified (AHA and ARC) BLS CPR INSTRUCTORS to join our growing team. ASHI (Accepted)
This role involves educating participants on essential life-saving techniques, ensuring they are well-prepared to respond in emergency situations. The CPR and First Aid Instructor will facilitate engaging classroom sessions and effectively communicate key concepts to learners of different ages and backgrounds.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive first aid and CPR training sessions for individuals and groups
- Educate students on the importance of first aid, emergency response, and safety practices by following lesson plans and format that align with established training standards.
- Assess student understanding through practical demonstrations and evaluations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CPR and first aid protocols and instructional best practices.
- Ensure all training materials and equipment are prepared and in good condition for each class.
Qualifications
- AHA Instructor Certification in BLS and HeartSaver First Aid and CPR is required. ARC and ASHI accepted.
- Ownership of personal teaching equipment including manikins, AEDs, and supplies.
- Willingness to work with the public.
- Clean background check.
- Experience in teaching CPR classes is preferred.
- Work is on an as-needed basis with the potential for high availability based on your schedule and class demand

Pay: $15.00 - $45.00 per hour
