We are a CPR Training Center looking to employ an energetic and experienced Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
As an CPR and More event coordinator, you should possess exceptional time management skills and a passion for creating memorable events. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing various events, ensuring that all aspects run smoothly and meet client expectations. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as experience in hospitality and guest services.
Duties
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements.
- Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and logistics.
- Coordinate catering services, venue selection, and other vendor arrangements.
- Manage on-site event operations to ensure seamless execution.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and CPR and More team members throughout the planning process.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure the best services at competitive prices.
- Oversee guest services during events to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Address any issues or changes that arise before or during the event promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in event coordination or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proficient in negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: Negotiable
