Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative
Looking for an energetic, friendly customer service and inside sales associate with the ability to provide a quality experience for our customers. A perfect fit into our team would be someone that is enthusiastic, patient, detailed oriented, has a interest in technology and enjoys helping others.
The duties include welcoming customers into our store, answering incoming calls, responding to customer online quotes, entering new repair tickets, consulting with the customer on their device issues, selling accessories (cases, battery packs, tempered glass), completing ticket audits and overseeing customer correspondence.
This position requires the ability to multi-task, work independently and stand for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours).
Benefits include a commissions on all accessory sales paid monthly, an annual associate bonus plan, tips, paid training and a very friendly work environment.
