Join Our Team as a Mobile Device Specialist!
Are you technically savvy, skilled at troubleshooting electronics or just overall great with customers? We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Device Specialist to handle a variety of repair and customer service tasks, related to cell phones, tablets, computers and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs on mobile devices, tablets, and computers.
- Assist with retail tasks such as customer check-ins, diagnosing device issues, and recommending accessories and extended warranty plans.
Qualifications:
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and professionalism when interacting with customers.
- Patience, trustworthiness, and a willingness to learn. On-the-job training provided.
- Experience with mobile devices and operating systems, including Android and iOS
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in electronics repair and retail is a plus!
- Don't worry if you don't have prior repair experience – we provide on-the-job training to help you succeed!

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
