Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cell Phone Repair Technician based in West Des Moines, IA. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mobile devices, tablets, and other electronics. Daily tasks include troubleshooting issues, performing repairs such as screen replacements and battery fixes, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining the work area and equipment, and understanding and following the latest technical updates. The technician should also interact effectively with customers to explain technical issues and solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in diagnosing and repairing electronic devices such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops
- Strong troubleshooting and equipment maintenance skills
- Excellent communication skills and focus on customer satisfaction
- Repair experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in electronics repair is advantageous
