Customer Service Tech Hero
As a member of the largest mobile device repair service provider in North America, CPR Roseville is looking to expand by hiring a Customer Service Tech Hero.
In this role, you will handle diagnosing and performing repairs on a wide range of devices including phones, computers, tablets, network devices, etc. as well as documenting the repair, building positive relationships with customers and providing solutions through retail products and or repairs.
Technical Skills
Basic Repair experience with a wide range of devices: phones, computers, tablets, network devices, etc. (preferred, but not required)
Proficient in soldering (preferred, but not required)
Ability to research repair techniques for new or uncommon devices
Ability to troubleshoot Window and Mac Operating Systems
Ability to troubleshoot home network setup
Business Skills
Must have high attention to detail and working knowledge of how electronics operate
Proficient in using hand tools in a small space like mobile phones and tablets
Ability to work independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to cross-train other employees
Resourceful and motivated with a desire to learn
Proficient with Microsoft Office and email communication
Maintain a clean, professional appearance and work station
Maintain store inventory of parts and accessories
Consistently and accurately use the Point of Sale (POS) system to enter, track, and close all client transactions
Maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of all client data

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers over the phone, via email, and in-store
Effectively and professionally handle customer complaints
Education
High School Diploma or higher
Job Type
Full-Time up to 40 hours per week. Plus commission and bonuses.
