We’re seeking an experienced, motivated technician (who can also run the front desk during the week) with drive, preferably one with technical repair experience. The individual selected for this role will be responsible for customer service, repair of devices and growing a high volume retail repair location (200 repairs monthly) while delivering a great customer experience.

Job Description:
Promote the CPR brand
Ensure daily operational duties are completed
Perform repairs on clients smartphones, tablets, laptops etc, (iPhone, Android and more)
Lead with Excellent Customer Service
Work in a high volume fast paced location
Ensure standard operating procedures are followed
Offer all products & services offered by the company
Meet or exceed performance objectives
Handle administrative aspects, including inventory counts and pre-op/post-op checklists
Maintain knowledge of competition
Complete trainings as required

A successful CPR Service Repair Tech will be able and required to perform the following:
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to complete all POS & paperwork completely, accurately, in a timely manner
Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and scanner
Ability to work in other locations as the needs of the business dictate may be required
Complete all aspects of opening and closing the store in accordance with written procedures
Willingness to handle and wow an upset client
Required to wear a uniform
Ability to consistently meet or exceed performance targets
Preferred Qualifications:
1-3 years of technical / skilled labor experience
1-2 years of soldering experience
1-2 years of retail sales experience
Proven track record of exceeding performance targets
