What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Counter Person position at CPR Cell Phone Repair?
Full time front counter position. Starting off at $12, full time. Will also recieve commission and tips.
Customer service experience required.
Job duties include:
Getting customer information, entering customer into the system for repairs, counting opening and closing drawer, checking customers out for repairs, making phone calls to customers about devices, store cleaning, upselling accessories, putting on and taking off screen protectors, learning to operate the POS system, helping customers with software issues (updates, facebook, instagram, data recovery, etc) opening and closing the store.

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40.00 per week

Experience:
- Software troubleshooting: 1 year (Preferred)
