Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where your communication skills shine? We are seeking a friendly and professional Sales Technician to join our CPR Cell Phone Repair team in Bellflower.
Must be good in sales with exceptional interaction and social skills.
Provide recommendations for problem resolution and explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner
Ensure that customers have a positive and exceeding experience by providing timely and superior service.
Keep track of all devices and inventory while safeguarding all store stock.
Utilize the point of sale system to maintain an accurate record of customer information and a real-time status of each repair.
- Greet and assist visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer incoming calls and follow up appointments schedules.
- Handle inquiries and provide information to clients or customers.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable
- Provide general administrative support to the staff as needed
- Responsible for contacting vendors, temp companies, and maintenance management
- Complete other job-related duties and projects as assigned
- Maintain a clean and organized workplace

Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred.
- Punctual, Detail oriented, professionalism is a must
- Update appointment calendars
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Proven experience as a cell phone repair technician, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Damaged components such as screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, and other internal parts with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Conduct water damage treatment and repairs, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in cell phone technology and repair techniques to continually enhance skills and knowledge.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining repair processes, and offering technical advice and recommendations.
- Handle common day-to-day operations such as opening/closing the retail store, placing parts orders, updating notes and status of ticketing system, etc.
- Experience in diagnostic and mechanical troubleshooting Smart phones(Samsung, Apple, Google, LG....), computers, laptop , tablets, and gaming consoles. Anything from fixing a broken screen to data transfers.
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail to ensure precise and meticulous repairs.
- Must be a good salesman with exceptional interaction and social skills.

- Proficiency in using specialized tools and equipment for cell phone repair, such as soldering irons, heat guns, and precision screwdrivers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
Basic Qualifications:
- Good communication skills ( prefer English, Spanish(optional))
- Excellent Smart phones technical, problem solving and analytical skills
- Exceptional customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours both weekends and holidays
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving repair procedures and technologies.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
