Mobile Device Sales and Repair

Main Duties:

- Device and accessory sales

- Diagnose and repair mobile phones, tablets, and other electronic devices
- Perform software troubleshooting and updates
- Replace damaged parts and components
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure proper functionality
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory

Additional Duties With Training

-Disassemble damaged LCD and OLED panels from damaged devices

- Prep new frames for adhesive and reassembly

- Sort and organize various models into their respective boxes

Qualifications
- Proficiency in using hand tools and specialized equipment for repairs
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Note: Retail sales experience is a plus, but not required.

All new hires are started at $14/hr commission and bonuses. Upon completing of two certifications candidates will be bumped to $15 (CAN BE COMPLETED AS FAST AS 2 DAYS-TWO WEEKS!!) Pay increases as candidates prove proficiency and is not based solely on time with the company.

Store managers are typically making $24-$27/hr with bonuses and commissions.

This position offers competitive compensation based on experience. Full-time are available.
