Job Description:
We’re seeking a results-driven Sales Associate with a passion for technology and a proven ability to close sales. As a key member of our team, you will focus on driving revenue by meeting monthly sales goals, assisting customers with financing options, and delivering exceptional service that turns one-time customers into loyal clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales: Engage with customers to recommend products, services, and financing solutions to meet their needs and close sales effectively.
- Meet Monthly Goals: Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets, including device sales, repairs, accessories, and financing plans.
- Promote Financing Solutions: Educate customers on device financing and protection plans to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
- Upsell & Cross-Sell: Identify additional sales opportunities such as premium accessories, warranties, and service plans.
- Customer Experience: Provide a welcoming and professional environment, ensuring every customer receives top-notch service.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure the store meets overall performance objectives.
- Device Diagnostics: Assist customers with device issues, provide accurate repair assessments, and recommend solutions that lead to sales conversions.
- Follow-Up: Build relationships with customers through follow-up calls, emails, and personalized communication to drive repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or a customer-facing role.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong understanding of device financing and upselling techniques.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
