Job Title: Entry Repair Technician / Sales Associate - CPR Cell Phone Repair
We’re looking for someone eager to learn and ready to contribute to our team. While no prior experience is required, if you’ve worked with electronics or phones before, that’s a bonus. We’ll teach you how to repair a variety of devices on the job, including iPhones, Samsung Galaxy's, Motorola's, Gaming Systems, Computers, Drones, and more! What’s most important is that you enjoy working with people, have a positive attitude, and can communicate clearly with customers. If you’re good at helping people and enjoy working with technology, you’ll fit right in.

At CPR Cell Phone Repair, we take pride in providing fast, quality, and affordable repair services, all while creating a friendly and welcoming environment for our customers. We’re looking to add an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual to our team as an Entry-Level Repair Technician.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with device repairs, providing a positive and supportive experience.
- Learn to diagnose and repair various electronic devices, focusing on smartphones and tablets.
- Communicate effectively with customers, explaining repair processes and options.
- Help customers recover important data from devices they thought were beyond repair—there's nothing quite like the satisfaction of saving their information!
- Engage in sales opportunities by recommending accessories and additional services to enhance the customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- A desire to learn and develop technical skills in electronics repair.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic understanding of electronics or previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- A sales-oriented mindset, with a willingness to promote our services and products.

Compensation:
- Base rate paid as hourly with bi-weekly pay schedule
- Overtime hours available, paid at time and a half
- Commission for Accessories / Repair Services sold (Avg $325/month)
- Tips received on Credit Card Terminal (Avg $250/month)
- Health Insurance Plan covered by employer
- 401(k) retirement plans with 4% employer match
- Vacation and Sick time
Pay range depends on previous experience with repairs and customer service, and includes commissions and tips.
