Civil/Structural Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Adhere to project schedules and deadlines.
- Understand and implement approved design criteria and codes.
- Clarify project scopes to determine precise deliverables.
- Develop and validate calculations tailored to design specifications.
- Generate comprehensive reports detailing design criteria and equipment analysis.
- Engage with clients to discuss project statuses and deliverables.
- Travel to various sites for meetings and to collect essential project information.
Educational and Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Licensure is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- 3 to 5 years of experience applying civil/structural engineering principles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks, with working knowledge of STAAD software.
- Thorough understanding of relevant codes (e.g., Technical Report No. 13, CMAA, AIST TR-6, AISC) and regulations.
Experience in Heavy Industrial Manufacturing Facilities is highly desirable.
Physical Requirements:
- Capable of standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
- Frequent walking in industrial settings, including climbing stairs and navigating platforms.
- Required travel by car or air; valid driver’s license needed.
- Comfortable working in diverse climates, including extreme temperatures.
