Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee comprehensive Risk Management programs.
- Manage workers’ compensation and ensure compliance with Cal/OSHA and DOT regulations.
- Foster strategic relationships and advise on policy, safety, and risk matters.
- Lead teams in HR related disciplines, ensuring best practices in Disability Management and Safety.
Ideal Candidate:
- A strategic thinker with a solid foundation in administrative and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability in analyzing complex issues and leading operational management.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field.
