Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients, addressing inquiries and providing outstanding service.
- Manage a book of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring timely renewals, policy updates, and claims assistance.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Collaborate with underwriters and other teams to obtain quotes, ensure accurate policy placement, and ensure all documentation is complete.
- Handle policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with the preparation and presentation of insurance proposals to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial insurance account management.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products, including property, casualty, and liability lines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Property & Casualty License.
