Director of Procurement

The Director will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing innovative strategies that propel the business forward. With a strong focus on driving financial performance, enhancing service quality, and optimizing metrics across the supply chain and talent management, this leader will be instrumental in achieving organizational goals. Key responsibilities include strategic demand management, maximizing capacity utilization, streamlining materials management, and engaging in effective vendor sourcing and negotiations, all aimed at securing our competitive advantage in the market.

Key Qualifications to be successful in the role:

• 7 years’ experience in procurement management, at least 2 years in a Director position, leading a team of Buyers.
• In-depth experience in strategic sourcing of food-focused raw materials (Ideal experience includes knowledge of spices, oils, dairy, canned goods and some packaging)
• Food manufacturing experience is critical.
• Experience in contract negotiations and passionate about cost savings.
