This high-level role will report directly to the VP of Supply Chain and collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Directors, R&D, and other key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will lead contract negotiations, develop global sourcing strategies, and drive supplier relationships to optimize costs and efficiencies.

- Oversee global supplier relationships and conduct vendor meetings in collaboration with the Category Managers.
- Negotiate complex contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms.
- Work cross-functionally with Supply Directors, R&D, and other departments to align procurement strategies with business goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the VP of Supply Chain on procurement trends, risks, and opportunities.
- 10 years of procurement experience, highly prefer the chemical industry.
- Strong strategic mindset with a proven ability to drive procurement excellence at a global scale.
- Expertise in contract negotiations, supplier management, and cost optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree required
