- Overseeing the Predictive Maintenance program including vibration analysis, infrared, ultrasonic, and oil analysis
- Working with maintenance leaders to ensure compliance to the Mechanical Integrity program
- Leading the Site Bad Actor Program and Metrics
- Performing equipment root cause failure analysis
- Analyzing equipment histories, maintenance costs, and system failures
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering required
- At least 10 years of experience in predictive maintenance of rotating equipment within a chemical or heavy industrial environment
- Proven experience evaluating tank, piping and heat exchanger condition in accordance with ASME, API or STI standards
- 5 years of relevant experience in Vibration Analysis, oil analysis, thermography, and ultrasound analysis
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team building skills
