Are you a seasoned media strategist looking to make an impact at a growing agency? We’re seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Media Supervisor. In this role, you’ll lead strategic initiatives, mentor junior team members, and deliver impactful campaigns that exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as a mentor and provide guidance and leadership to junior team members.
- Act as the primary liaison for campaign execution, collaborating closely with account management and subject matter expert teams.
- Manage, analyze, and review client-facing deliverables with attention to detail.
- Guide media strategists in developing effective strategies and plans.
- Oversee the media investment and execution team briefing process.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and identify opportunities for growth in new markets.
- Present proposals to internal and external stakeholders confidently and without oversight.
- Lead campaign planning, optimization strategies, and performance tracking for key client relationships.
- Oversee the creation of RFPs, final recommendations, and campaign measurement reports.
- Develop and present results decks, highlighting key insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
- Delegate and supervise assignments and responsibilities suitable for junior team members.
- Foster positive working relationships across departments, the organization, and with external partners.
- Provide strategic consultation to clients, identifying tailored programs and services to address their needs.
