What are the responsibilities and job description for the Multi-Site Operations Leader position at CPS, Inc.?
Our client is a global manufacturer whose products are used in a variety of industries and applications. They are currently seeking an Multi-Site Operations Leader to oversee operations at their facility in southern Indiana as well as two other North American locations.
As a Multi-Site Operations Leader job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Oversee plant production department including all equipment and personnel
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance for all local, federal, and company requirements/standards for all production areas
- Provide leadership and guidance to plant personnel and assist with hiring of new personnel
- Work cross-functionally to ensure daily production schedules and goals are met
- Maintain and keep necessary operation documentation and SOP’s
- Develop KPIs and routinely track to achieve optimal performance.
Salary Range: $150,000 - $180,000 bonus

As the Multi-Site Operations Leader job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- MS or MBA advanced degree a plus
- 10-15 years of industry experience in a chemical manufacturing facility
- At least 5 years of experience in Plant Management
- Experience in PSM regulated facilities ideal
- Experience with any CI tools (Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, 5s) highly desired
