Our client is an industry leader in the manufacturing of inorganic chemicals. They are in search of Process Project Engineer for their facility in central Wisconsin. This person will also be responsible for process engineering related activities and executing small capital projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with process optimization and continuous improvement.
As a Process Project Engineer responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Ensure continuous optimization of manufacturing processes
- Provide daily troubleshooting
- Lead safety/process related incident investigations
- Identify and implement process improvement projects
- Support PSM, RMP, PHA action resolution
Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 yearly bonus

As the Process Project Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS in Chemical Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience as a Process/Production/Project Engineer in manufacturing plant; out of chemicals, refining, petrochemicals, and/or paper is ideal
- Experience providing daily technical support, firefighting, and process improvements
- Experience executing capital projects
- Previous experience in a PSM regulated facility
- Familiarity with DCS systems is a plus
