Our client company is global manufacturer of specialty chemicals and performance materials used across multiple industries. They have over 30 manufacturing plants worldwide and are currently seeking a Production Superintendent for one of their chemical manufacturing plants located in Wisconsin. This person will oversee and lead all activities associated with the production effort including EH&S compliance, hiring/training/development of operations personnel, directing the production workforce, maintaining raw material and finished goods inventories, and optimization of processes in a 30-person, 24/7 manufacturing plant.
Salary Range: $135,000 - $160,000

This position requires a bachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering experience. It also requires a minimum of 10 years of post-graduate, hands-on chemical manufacturing experience with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role. Experience with batch and/or continuous process required. Must have experience working in a PSM-regulated facility.
