- Supervise the project group
- Develop and manage projects from conception to implementation
- Prepare project estimates and cost justifications as needed
- Create project schedules and keep documentation project phases
- Ensure safety and environmental regulations are met

As the Project Engineering Supervisor job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- BS in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering
- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; chemicals, petrochemical, refining, or specialty chemicals
- Any batch resins, polymerization, and/or continuous polymerization experience is ideal
- Previous Project Engineering experience and supervisory experience
- Must have experience in a PSM-regulated facility
