Technical Qualifications:
Duties:
- Actively participate in and adhere to company Safety, Health and Environmental affairs objectives and policies.
- Conduct raw material and finished goods Quality Control testing and provide approvals.
- Follow internal methods, policies and audits designed to ensure product quality and compliance with standards.
- Develop product specifications, work instructions, and operating processes.
- Identify areas of non-conformance, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate the effectiveness of efforts and initiatives, and develop and implement changes for continuous improvement as required.
- Maintain accurate records, collect, analyze, summarize data and generate required reporting to internal and external parties with strong attention to detail.
- Develop and maintain positive interdepartmental working relationships.
- Maintain safe laboratory practices.
- Minimal evening and weekend availability may be required.
- Other duties as required and assigned based on organization objectives.

- Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
- Experience with LEAN and Continuous Improvement of manufacturing principles
