- Formulation of existing and new projects for various business lines.
- Test and evaluate products.
- Update and improve existing products, materials and test methods.
- Provide technical assistance and support to Production, Sales, and Marketing in support of product scale-up, quality control, application testing, and other cross-functional activities.
- Digitally maintain detailed technical records of lab work.
- Assists the Quality department with the investigation of customer complaints and the subsequent generation of corrective actions.
- BS in Chemistry or Related Field
- 1-3years of supporting coatings formulations from bench through scale up and commercialization
- Color Technology & Color Matching
- Paint Test & Application Methods
