Job Description
RETIREMENT PLAN ADVISOR
Experience : 3 years in Retirement Services industry (specifically with Institutional Retirement Plans)
Licensing : FINRA Series 6, 7, 65, or 66 preferred
Professional Designations : AIF, AIFA, CFP, CHRC, CPFA, QPFC, or equivalent
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Institutional Retirement Plan Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Retirement Services industry, with a focus on selling consulting and fiduciary services, as well as expertise in plan governance.
Responsibilities :
- Sell consulting and fiduciary services in the retirement space
- Engage in direct (B2B) sales with Retirement Advisors, RIAs, Wirehouses, etc.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and objectives
- Build a book of business through networking, collaboration with other business units to follow up on warm leads and driving in new business

Job Requirements
Qualifications :
