This position is for a retirement plan sales consultant with several years of experience selling advisory consulting , third party administration or recordkeeping services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in retirement plan sales and/or 5 years in retirement plan sales support. Core Responsibilities:
$80K-100K base plus incentive compensation and benefits (first year compensation =150K / second year compensation = 200K-250K / third year compensation = 300K )

Core Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the retirement planning sector. Drive sales through proactive outreach, cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
- Actively participate in industry events, seminars, and networking opportunities to expand your professional network and generate leads.
- Stay up to date with the latest retirement plan products, services, and industry trends. Provide clients with informed recommendations based on current market conditions.
- Employ a consultative sales approach to understand client needs, present appropriate retirement plan solutions, and close sales.
- Work closely with internal teams, including our dedicated retirement plan advisors, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies in the sale of retirement plans.
- 3 years of experience in retirement plan sales or 5 years in the retirement plan business.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Must possess either a Series 65 or 66. Certain certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) accepted in lieu of licensing.
