Responsibilities:
- Lead research on foods, flavors, ingredients, shelf life, and quality laboratory projects.
- Manage the lab including instruments, calibration and having an organized workspace.
- Train team members on instrumentation operation.
- Participate in evaluations and collaborate with the sensory team on risk analysis.
- Maintain detailed record documentation.

- Experience: 5 years in similar role
