Job Title: Sr. Buyer

Location: Tupelo, MS

Responsibilities:

  • Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and pricing for the company.
  • Oversee procurement activities for raw materials, MRO, and services.
  • Work cross-functionally to determine inventory needs.
  • Oversee buyers and build strong relationships.

Keys to Hire:

  • Demonstrated experience in team development.
  • Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage and motivate staff.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years experience within procurement or supply chain.
  • Background in manufacturing.
