Transaction Advisory Services
Transaction Services Professionals are expected to plan, perform and manage buy-side and sell-side advisory projects for TS clients; conduct engagements in compliance with applicable professional, legal, regulatory, and firm requirements; deliver high quality services by applying results of data analysis, process with knowledge of financial and emerging management concepts, accounting and operational systems; provide value-added strategies or services to assist clients in achieving business objectives; actively seek new revenue opportunities for the firm by identifying innovative business strategies; and identify value-add opportunities for existing or new clients with targeted, effective ideas and solutions.
Transaction Advisory Services all levels
Must have public accounting experience in Transaction Advisory Services experience. Open to some travel. CPA license is desired, not required. Position can be fully remote or work in an office and locations available throughout the US.
