Automation Engineer (65-85K)

We have a fantastic opportunity available for an Automation Engineer to join an innovative and fast growing CNY Manufacturing company. This is a 1st shift M-F Direct Hire Opportunity.

As an Automation Engineer you will play a key role in designing, troubleshooting, and optimizing automation systems within the manufacturing plant. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, improve automation performance, and ensure seamless production.

Overview :

  • State of the art Manufacturing Facilities (within 25 miles West of Syracuse)

Duties :

  • Design & Build automation components, including robotic end-of-arm tooling, conveyors, and fixtures
  • Optimize Automation Systems to enhance efficiency, quality, and performance
  • Collaborate with Production & Quality Teams to troubleshoot and improve automation processes
  • Provide Cost Estimates for new automation projects, partnering with Sales
  • Specify & Optimize Equipment, including robots and conveyor systems
  • Work Closely with Automation Technicians to ensure seamless production

    • Education and Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ME, EE) or related
  • 1-3 years of experience (Co-op and Internships will also be considered)
