Configuration Management Specialist (100-110K )

As the Configuration Management Specialist, you will lead efforts to manage hardware, software, and technical data across the entire product lifecycle. This is your chance to play a critical role in a high-impact, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CM policies, plans, and procedures
- Manage configuration baselines and product changes (ECNs/MCNs)
- Lead Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams
- Prepare reports and metrics to support lifecycle management
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 5 years in configuration/product lifecycle management
- Deep knowledge of DoD CM standards
- CM certifications (CMPIC, IpX, NDIA, or CMII) a plus
