Field Applications Engineer – Northwest Territory

Location: Remote (Home Office must be in Colorado or Washington)

Salary: $90,000 to $130,000

As a Field Applications Engineer, you will support business development efforts in the Northwest Territory by providing technical expertise, driving product design solutions, and building strong relationships with customers. This is a home-office-based role with up to 50% travel.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and customers to develop and refine product solutions
• Build trusted technical partnerships with clients to support new business opportunities
• Interpret and review drawings and 3D models for compliance and manufacturability
• Provide input on design, testing, and manufacturing requirements
• Conduct market and technology research using data analytics
• Serve as a key link between customer needs and internal design and manufacturing teams

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
• Experience using CAD and ProE design tools
• Strong technical communication and problem-solving skills
• Background in connectors or a related technical field is a plus
• Willingness to travel 25-50% domestically and internationally
