Industrial Engineer – Aerospace (90-105K)
We have an exciting Industrial Engineer – Aerospace opportunity available at a growing Aircraft Manufacturer located near Palm City, Florida.
This role drives efficiency by optimizing capacity planning, enhancing KPI performance, and implementing Lean Manufacturing strategies to streamline processes and ensure seamless, on-time product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop capacity plans, production schedules, and recovery strategies
- Track and report KPIs, shop floor milestones, and efficiency metrics
- Optimize workflows using Lean Manufacturing tools
- Establish and maintain time standards (SAP) via time studies
- Support facility planning, equipment layouts, and capital projects
- Conduct cost analysis and support business development
- Assess engineering changes and manufacturing impact
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial, Systems, or Supply Chain Engineering
- 5-7 years in Industrial Engineering
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
- Basic CAD and programming (VBA, SQL, Python)
- Strong data analysis and process optimization
