Responsibilities
- Install & Maintain : Set up and configure security and access control systems (e.g., Genetec, Galaxy, card readers, intercoms, CCTV). Perform inspections, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot : Diagnose and repair system malfunctions promptly to minimize client downtime.
- Client Engagement : Provide professional, clear communication and tailor solutions to client needs.
- Team Collaboration : Work with colleagues to ensure seamless project execution and share expertise.
- Compliance & Safety : Adhere to safety protocols and relevant codes.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports for clients and management.
