Staff Pharmacist - Per Diem

As a per diem nonexempt CPS Solutions, LLC Staff Pharmacist, you will fill orders with accuracy; check technician-prepared products before release; maintain the security of pharmacy and controlled substances; enter orders and patient information with accuracy; aid in the training of new staff; update the Director about the daily activities of the pharmacy, and aid the Director in maintaining the pharmacy.
Schedule: This position can work up to 19 hours per week, providing coverage "as needed". This position has no regularly scheduled hours. This position will be required to work some holidays.
Starting Pay: $60 an hour, based on related experience
About the Facility: Located on a 55-acre suburban campus near Philadelphia, Horsham Clinic is a 204-bed private behavioral healthcare facility that provides comprehensive behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, and their families. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.
About the Pharmacy: The Pharmacy is open Monday through Friday 7:30 am-to 6:00 pm, and Saturday and Sunday 7:30 am-1:30 pm.
Qualifications:
- Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy
- Current PA Pharmacist license in good standing in the state of practice
- Experience as a Pharmacist in a hospital setting is preferred but will train
- Proficient computer skills using pharmacy systems and Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Demonstrated accuracy and timeliness in a work setting
- Effective communication skills; verbal and written
Hospital Requirements: (may be required)
- (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months
- (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity
- Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving
- Hep B3 Series (or declination)
- (Flu) Influenza required for hire between Oct 1st-April 30th
