My client, a global chemical manufacturing company in the western suburbs is seeking an HR Plant Manager to join their dynamic team.HR Plant Manager – Reporting to the Plant Manager, this position will support the flagship facility for a global manufacturing company. This position will drive and implement initiatives, manage the daily HR operations, legal and compliance matters. This position will have 3 direct reports.Implementation of HR processes and proceduresLead conflict resolution and disciplinary issuesRecruitment, hiring and firingManage employee relationsLead investigations and manage / file worker’s compensation claimsAdvanced knowledge of ADP, Microsoft OfficeRequired : Bachelor’s degree is required10 years of experience in an HR role within a plant setting for a manufacturing company.
