YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Leadership & Oversight
- Serve as the primary point of contact with government representatives.
- Direct and manage the Program Management Office (PMO) to ensure contract goals are achieved.
- Lead contractor program and project teams for optimal program effectiveness.
- Provide operational expertise to ensure compliance with all TAP policies and processes.
- Strategic Management
- Conduct high-level briefings for command staff and stakeholders.
- Maintain VOW / CRS compliance and oversee all TAP files.
- Drive continuous process improvement to enhance quality, cost efficiency, and availability.
- Operational Excellence
- Ensure all sites are staffed with qualified personnel.
- Collate, analyze, and deliver centralized reports to stakeholders.
- Plan and accomplish contract goals while ensuring quality performance.
