Staff Pharmacist - Full Time Huntsville Memorial Hospital Huntsville, TX
As a full time, nonexempt CPS Solutions, LLC Staff Pharmacist , you will fill orders with accuracy; check technician-prepared products before release; maintain security of pharmacy and controlled substances; enter orders and patient information with accuracy; aid in the training of new staff; update the Director about the daily activities of the pharmacy; and aid the Director in maintaining the pharmacy.
Schedule: This position is scheduled to work 30 to 40 hours a week rotating shifts. Weekdays shifts are 7:00AM to 3:30PM, 9:30AM to 6:00PM, and 11:30AM to 8:00PM. This position will work every third weekend from 7:30AM to 4:00PM.
Starting Pay: $60.00 to $65.00 per hour, based on experience.

About the Pharmacy: Pharmacy hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00am-8:00pm and Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 7:30am-4:00pm. The pharmacy utilizes Pyxis ES and MedHost.
Requirements:
- Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy; PharmD preferred
- Current Texas pharmacist license in good standing
- Experience as a pharmacist in a hospital setting preferred
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, and respond to client concerns
- Demonstrated accuracy and timeliness in a work setting
- Experience using computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and pharmacy information systems
Hospital Requirements:
- (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months
- (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity
- Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving
- Hep B3 Series (or declination)
- (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1 st -April 30 th
