As a Technical Project Manager – Implementation, you will play a critical role within CPS's specialty pharmacy division to provide expertise managing client data and integration projects. You will take ownership of client meetings to obtain e-prescription order data and pharmacy management system dispensing data to drive pharmacy customer growth and increase interoperability for the pharmacy staff (integrated pharmacy customers see a 50% increase in patients onboarded and 50% increase in patient fills due to reduced double documentation, ability to send critically identified patient issues to the provider team in real-time). Schedule : Generally, 40 hours per week, Monday thru Friday, Day Shift, with evening or weekend work as needed, occasionally. Up to 10% travel.
Salary Range : $120,000-$130,000 based on experience plus bonus potential
Responsibilities :
- Lead client implementation meetings, including note taking (for both internal / external visibility), action item follow-ups to ensure the completion of all project required tasks.
- Develop and manage project plans, ensuring tasks and assignments are resourced and within scope of the project business requirements.
- Ensure necessary product updates and training items have been completed.
- Assure that documentation is orderly and available upon immediate request.
- Develop and maintain executive level Dashboard and executive update reports for company and client business reviews.
- Oversee the department budgets against resources and expenses.
- Maintain a positive rapport with and a good working knowledge of project resources supporting the program.
- Establish all necessary files, specification documents assuring that all necessary paperwork and forms are completed for each new project.
- Based on involvement in projects, recommend process enhancements to improve overall client satisfaction and time to completion.
- Manage the software bug tracker from initiation through execution of resolution.
- Support the contracting efforts for new projects as well as strategic development, the implementation, and the execution of new projects.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
