We’re looking for an HR Specialist to join our team and support our workforce by ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.
About the Role
As an HR Specialist at CPV Paint & Graphics, you’ll play a key role in managing and enhancing our human resources functions. From administering compensation and benefits packages to overseeing recruitment and compliance with labor laws, you will help foster a positive and productive workplace. Experience with ADP payroll processing is highly preferred, and prior experience in a manufacturing, production, or similar facility environment is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages
- Administer health and life insurance programs
- Implement training and development plans
- Plan and oversee quarterly and annual performance reviews
- Inform employees about additional benefits, such as extra vacation days
- Maintain updated employee records, including new hires and status changes
- Manage organizational charts, job descriptions, and salary records
- Forecast hiring needs and ensure an efficient recruitment process
- Develop and implement HR policies across the organization
- Monitor and manage departmental budgets
- Address employee queries and provide timely resolutions
- Stay up to date and ensure compliance with labor legislation
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
- Hands-on experience with ADP payroll processing
- Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) such as BambooHR or PeopleSoft
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong understanding of labor legislation and payroll processes
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and team management abilities
- Prior experience in a facility, production, or manufacturing environment is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
Salary : $50,000 - $68,000
