ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop short-term and long-term objectives, strategies, and action plans that enhance progress towards the organization's mission.

- Set organizational and financial key performance indicators (KPIs), achieving them by inspiring, mentoring, supporting, and directing the leadership team.

COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree required, MS or MBA a plus.
- Professional Engineering (PE) registration preferred.
- 15 years of demonstrated proven success in a senior leadership role (VP or higher) for a Geotechnical/Testing/Environmental/Consulting Firm
- Demonstrated success in setting strategic direction and vision, leading to profitable and enduring growth.
- Established history of expanding geographical reach, market sector presence, and service line variety. Robust financial expertise with proven proficiency in managing profit and loss accounts.
- Skilled in communicating effectively across all organizational tiers.
- Experience in overseeing engineering teams, planning, scheduling, and driving operational success.
