Privately-owned Audiology practice in Redding, CA is seeking an Audiologist to add to our team. The Hearing Care Provider will be responsible for hearing evaluations for all ages, fittings, and follow-up care. Additionally, our providers provide counsel, guidance and education to patients in order to help them realize the best solution to treat their hearing loss.

The following DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES are central to the role:
- Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations
- Executes a treatment plan through excellent counseling and education
- Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient’s needs
- Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, and reporting
- Maintain confidentiality of all business and patient information
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
- May also be involved in marketing and public outreach, including community events, lunch and learns, health fairs, and senior living events
To ensure success candidates should also possess the following EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients
- Masters or Doctorate in Audiology
- Active State Dispensing license or eligible for licensure
